Professional Vacuum Bags for Sous-Vide and Storage
Orved 16x24 cm vacuum bags are professional food-grade pouches in PA-LDPE/LDPE, sold in packs of 100 pieces. BPA free and PVC free, they withstand temperatures from -25 °C to 70 °C in storage and up to 100 °C in cooking, making them suitable for freezing, microwave use and sous-vide cooking. The single-portion format is ideal for restaurants, butchers, delicatessens and catering kitchens.
Material and Food Safety
Each bag is made of a PA-LDPE/LDPE laminate: the outer polyamide layer provides an oxygen barrier and mechanical strength, while the inner polyethylene layer guarantees a reliable seal. The 90GR T10 pouch is approved for direct food contact, contains no BPA and no PVC, and protects against oxidation, dehydration and freezer burn.

Technical Performance
Operating range from -25 °C for deep freezing up to 70 °C for hot storage and 100 °C for cooking: the bags can go straight from the freezer to the sous-vide bath or the microwave. They are compatible with chamber and external vacuum sealing machines used in professional kitchens.

Common Mistakes to Avoid
Do not overfill the bag: leave at least 3-4 cm free at the opening for a clean seal. Do not seal liquids with an external suction machine without freezing them first. Do not reuse bags that have already contained raw meat or fish.
