What Is the Winged Cake Tray?
The Gold/Black Winged Cake Tray 40x50 cm is a single-use rectangular presentation base for cakes and pastries, made of laminated, plastic-coated paperboard at 2400 g/m2. It has gold and black usable faces and a raised winged edge that frames the dessert. It is food-contact safe and supplied in professional cases of 10 kg, the rectangular companion to round cake boards.
