What it is

Torta Mimosa, 1.4 kg — the classic Italian celebration cake, made by Dolciaria Marigliano Srl, San Giuseppe Vesuviano (Naples). Soft sponge cake layered with Italian-style chantilly cream, decorated to resemble mimosa flowers.

Ingredients

Italian-style chantilly cream (cream, milk, sugar, fresh pasteurised egg yolks, rice starch, wheat flour, animal gelatine, Bourbon vanilla), pineapple compote, sponge cake (fresh eggs, sugar, wheat flour, potato starch, fresh pasteurised egg yolks), wild strawberry jam, syrup (water, sugar, maraschino), icing (sugar, glucose, condensed milk, animal gelatine, coconut oil, colouring E102), dark chocolate.

Allergens

Contains milk, eggs, wheat (gluten). May contain traces of tree nuts (walnuts, almonds, pistachios), sulphites, soy, peanuts and mustard.

Professional use

Ideal for birthdays, spring celebrations and buffets. Serve at room temperature or lightly chilled, dusted with icing sugar or with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

Storage & logistics
