Badal sweetened ricotta cream is made with 70% sheep's ricotta and 30% sugar with vanilla, blended smooth and frozen in a 12 kg bucket. It is the ready base for cannoli, cassata, cheesecake, mousse and spoon desserts: thaw, fill and serve, with the authentic taste of Italian sheep ricotta and no daily prep. Contains milk.

Professional Uses
Fill Sicilian cannoli and cassata; layer cheesecakes and tarts; use as a base for ricotta mousse and spoon desserts; or fold with chocolate chips and candied fruit. Thaw in the fridge before use.

Keep frozen below -18 C. Once thawed do not refreeze; keep at max +2 C and use quickly. Contains MILK (sheep).
