A 100% vegan curved glazed croissant, supplied empty (unfilled) so you can fill it your way. Made without any animal ingredients (no butter, milk or eggs) and without palm oil, using vegetable fats. Raw, pre-proofed and frozen at 70 g, 50 per case (3.5 kg): bake straight from frozen for a glossy, flaky croissant that suits vegan, lactose-free and egg-free menus.

Why Vegan and Empty
Vegan means no animal derivatives; empty means no filling, so you can fill after baking with jam, vegan cream, chocolate or savoury options, keeping menu flexibility with a single product.
How to Bake
Bake from frozen in a preheated oven at 170-180 C for about 12-16 minutes until golden and glossy. No thawing needed. Do not open the oven during baking.

Storage
