These are potato wedges with the skin on (86% potatoes), coated in a light wheat-based breading flavoured with rosemary (3.5%). Pre-fried and frozen, they regenerate quickly to a golden, crunchy crust with a soft, tasty centre.

How to Prepare
Cook from frozen. In a deep fryer at 175 °C for 3 to 4 minutes, or in an oven or combi-steamer at 200 °C for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden and crisp. They also work in an air fryer. No thawing needed: the pre-fried coating keeps them crunchy.
