Frequently asked questions
For the driver role, basic Italian is enough and German is a plus. For the sales role, you need Italian plus German or French.
For the driver role, a category B license is enough. Converting it to a Swiss license happens after you are hired.
Yes, we provide drivers with housing close to the workplace.
For drivers, the total package of salary, housing and products comes to around CHF 4'600–4'800 a month.
A sales agent’s earnings depend on effort and results. With a portfolio billing CHF 70'000–100'000 a month, they can reach about CHF 10'000–12'000 a month.
Yes, as an independent sales agent you can keep other mandates with non-competing companies.
Yes, sales agents can bring their existing customers and build new relationships too.
