What this product is
Black disposable nitrile gloves in size XL for foodservice, pastry and general kitchen hygiene. They combine a flexible fit with the practical visibility advantages of a black glove.
Producer and format
The gloves are supplied under the JIRR designation in packs of 100 pieces, with 10 packs per case. This case format is suited to professional stock management.
Product profile
Nitrile offers a comfortable, close fit and useful tactile sensitivity for handling ingredients and tools. The black colour gives a professional appearance and can make food residues easier to notice during work.
Professional use and replacement
Use one glove on each hand when the task requires it and replace gloves between tasks, after contamination or as soon as they are damaged. Keep a sufficient number of 100-piece packs at the workstation.
Common mistakes to avoid
Disposable gloves are not a substitute for hand washing and should not be treated as reusable. Do not continue using a torn or visibly soiled glove, and check the size before starting service.
Storage and handling
Keep the sealed packs clean, dry and protected from heat and direct sunlight. Take only the quantity needed for the workstation from the case and follow the kitchen's hygiene procedure.
