⚠️ Important: perishable and frozen products
Liability for fresh and frozen products
Fresh and frozen products shipped via courier travel at your own risk.
Even though we rely on professional carriers and use the cold chain whenever possible, we cannot guarantee 100% that fresh products will always arrive in optimal condition, especially in case of:
- Carrier delivery delays
- High outdoor temperatures
- Longer than expected transit times
Recommendations:
- Fresh products (cheeses, cured meats, dairy, meat, fish) should be eaten on the day of delivery or refrigerated immediately.
- Frozen products may arrive partially or fully thawed. Do not refreeze them: eat right after delivery or cook and keep refrigerated for a short time.
- If the product clearly arrives in compromised condition, contact us immediately with photos at [email protected].
LAPA accepts no liability for the quality of perishable products once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you have any doubts about the destination or delivery times, please contact us before ordering.
