What are cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data that your browser stores when you visit a website. They can remember your cart, keep you logged in or recognise a browser across multiple visits. Some end with the session; others have a later expiry date.
We also use this page for similar technologies: browser local storage, pixels and scripts. A pixel can transmit information to an external provider without creating a cookie: for this reason, optional tools are not even loaded until you give your consent.
Necessary technical cookies: without consent
They are needed to make the website work and are not used for advertising:
session_id— session, login and cart (7 days);frontend_lang— selected language (1 year);tz— browser time zone (until the browser is closed);website_cookies_bar— your cookie choice (13 months).
The website chat loads with the page; your messages are processed only if you write, as described in the privacy notice. If you block all cookies in your browser, login and cart may not work.
Statistics: only with your consent
Google Analytics 4 helps us understand which pages are visited and how the website is used.
Microsoft Clarity analyses clicks and scrolling and reconstructs sessions to understand where navigation causes difficulties; it masks sensitive fields according to Microsoft’s standard settings. Clarity also uses Microsoft/Bing cookies.
Refusing them does not prevent you from browsing the catalogue or placing an order.
Marketing: only with your consent
The Meta and TikTok pixels, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Google Ads conversion tracking (linked to Google Analytics) are used to measure advertising campaigns and link visits to ads. The platforms may associate these events with their own identifiers and also use them for personalised advertising.
Embedded YouTube videos also remain blocked until you accept: in their place you see a notice.
Maps, fonts and WhatsApp link
The Google Maps map on the contact page remains blocked until you accept optional cookies.
Google Fonts typefaces are loaded from Google’s servers to display the pages properly: this involves a connection to Google (IP address and technical browser data), without cookies.
The wa.me link opens WhatsApp only when you select it; from that moment, WhatsApp’s terms also apply. The messages you send to LAPA are processed as described in the privacy notice, including through artificial intelligence-based assistants.

How to choose and change your mind
On your first visit, the banner asks you to choose between “Only essentials” and “I agree”. Until you choose, or if you choose “Only essentials”, no optional tools are loaded.
You can change your choice at any time: open “Cookie Policy” at the bottom of any page and use the “Show the cookies bar” button at the bottom right to reopen the banner. If you withdraw your consent, optional tools will no longer be loaded on subsequent pages; data collected previously remains governed by the providers’ privacy policies.
You can also view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings; if you delete them, you will have to make your choice again.
