What Is the Rimmed Bi-Gold Cake Board?
The Rimmed Bi-Gold Cake Board O30 cm is a single-use presentation base for cakes, gold on both faces, made of laminated, plastic-coated paperboard (PAP 21 with LDPE film) at 2400 g/m2. It has a 30 cm diameter and a raised rim around the edge. It is food-contact safe, Made in Italy and supplied in professional cases of 10 kg.
Material and Finish
The board is made of coupled paperboard with an LDPE film that resists grease and moisture. The rigid structure supports the weight of cakes without bending, while the gold finish on both faces means the board always looks elegant whichever side is used.
