Ristoris pumpkin cream is a velvety preparation with 82% pumpkin, gently seasoned with butter and herbs, in a 400 g tin (case of 12). Sweet, rounded and ready to use, it is the fast base for soups, risotto, pasta sauces and autumn fillings. Contains milk.

Professional Uses

Base for pumpkin soup and veloute (thin with stock); pumpkin risotto and pasta sauces; ravioli and tortelli fillings; or a side for roast meats. About 80-100 g per portion for soup.

Storage and Allergens
