Ristoris salmon cream is a refined preparation with 64.8% salmon and smoked salmon, blended with olive oil and white wine into a velvety spread, in a 400 g tin (case of 12). Ready to use for canapes, gourmet tartine, pasta sauces and salads, it brings an elegant smoked-salmon note with no prep. Contains fish and milk.

Characteristics

A smooth, spreadable cream of salmon and smoked salmon (64.8%) with character from olive oil and a touch of white wine. Refined and savoury, ready straight from the tin.

Professional Uses

Spread on crostini, blinis and canapes; toss through hot pasta (about 60-80 g per portion, off the heat); dress salads; or pipe into vol-au-vent and choux for aperitivo. Pairs with dill, lemon and creme fraiche.

Storage and Allergens

Keep the unopened tin in a cool, dry place. After opening, refrigerate and use within a few days. Contains FISH (salmon) and MILK.
