Ristoris artichoke cream is a savoury preparation with 83% artichoke, developed especially for pizza but just as good across the menu, in a practical 800 g tin (case of 6). Smooth and spreadable, it brings a clean, slightly bitter artichoke flavour to pizza, bruschette, pasta and risotto with no prep. Halal certified.

Characteristics

Eighty-three per cent artichoke blended to a smooth, spreadable cream in sunflower seed oil, seasoned with yeast extract, garlic and pepper. Halal certified, ready to use straight from the tin.

Professional Uses

Spread on pizza bases (about 50-70 g per pizza, especially white pizzas and focacce); toss through pasta and risotto; top bruschette and crostini; or use as a filling for savoury tarts and panini.

Storage

Keep the unopened tin in a cool, dry place. After opening, transfer to a suitable container, refrigerate and use within a few days.
