Artisan piadina from the Piadina Ciliegia brand: a thin Italian flatbread, 24 cm in diameter and 4–5 mm thick, ready to fill with cured meats, cheese and vegetables. Pack of 10 piadine of 170 g each (1.7 kg), in a heat-sealed modified-atmosphere bag.
- Ingredients: soft wheat flour type "0" 60%, water, lard, milk powder, salt, disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, starch
- Allergens: contains gluten and milk (including lactose). May contain traces of soy, sesame and mustard
- Storage: refrigerated at +4 °C
- Preparation: leave at room temperature for 15 minutes, then heat in the oven or on a griddle at 150 °C for one minute per side
