What it is
A release agent (non-stick spray) is a fine mist of vegetable fats applied to trays, moulds and cooking surfaces so that dough and food do not stick during baking. The Trennaktiv PR 100 replaces the traditional manual greasing with lard or oil, ensuring a uniform layer and avoiding the carbonised residue that ruins surfaces and flavour.

Professional uses
Tray and Roman-style sliced pizza, focaccia, tin bread and rustic leavened bakes (such as tortano and casatiello), tart and small-pastry moulds, waffle irons, oven-baked gratins, lasagne and timballi. Shake and spray a thin layer from a short distance directly onto the surface before filling.
Common mistakes to avoid
Do not use unstable raw oils at extreme oven temperatures, as the fat carbonises and leaves a bitter aftertaste. Always remove burnt residue from trays before re-applying. Never store pressurised cans near flames or heat sources.
