Potato Croquettes - Frozen, Ready to Fry

San Giorgio potato croquettes are bite-size 25 g croquettes of potato flakes (61%) with mozzarella, frozen and ready to fry. Golden and crisp outside, soft inside, they go straight from freezer to fryer for fast finger food, aperitivo and side dishes. Supplied in 1 kg bags, 3 kg per case. Contains milk, egg and wheat.

Characteristics

Small 25 g croquettes with a crisp crust and a soft, savoury potato-and-mozzarella centre, made without added preservatives. No thawing needed.

How to Cook

Deep-fry straight from frozen at 175-180 C for a few minutes until golden, or bake. Do not refreeze once thawed.

Professional Uses

Aperitivo and finger food, buffet and catering, a side with meat and fish, or a kids' favourite. Serve with dips and sauces.

Keep frozen at -18 C; do not refreeze after thawing. Contains MILK, EGG and WHEAT; may contain traces of nuts, celery, mustard and soy.
