These assorted gluten-free tartlets are individually wrapped sweet snacks, frozen at 90 g, supplied as a case of 4 displays x 12 (48 pieces, 4.32 kg). Each display mixes chocolate, apricot and lemon/amarena-cherry-forest-fruit fillings. No baking required: thaw and serve a soft, fruit- or chocolate-filled tartlet that everyone can enjoy, coeliacs included.

How to Serve
Thaw the tartlets for 1-2 hours at room temperature (20-24 C) and serve. Once thawed, consume within 30 days; the operator is responsible for marking the thawing date on the pack before sale to the final consumer.

Coffee breaks, breakfast buffets, snack counters and gluten-free dessert offers in bars, hotels, bakeries and catering. Display in their own boxes for grab-and-go sales.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18 C; do not refreeze once thawed.
