What Is Campanian Mixed Fry Mignon?
Campanian Mixed Fry Mignon is an assortment of frozen, pre-fried Italian bites in a 30 g mignon size. The mix includes potato croquettes, olive all'ascolana, arancini with ragu and with sugo, and breaded mini mozzarella. It is sold in a 3 kg case of 1 kg packs and goes from freezer to fryer with no thawing, ready in minutes.
San Giorgio, Campanian Producer
The mix is made by San Giorgio in Castel San Giorgio, in the province of Salerno. The company specialises in Campanian fried and frozen specialities for foodservice, reproducing the classics of regional street food in a consistent, ready-to-cook format for professional kitchens.
How to Cook
Fry the pieces straight from frozen in oil at 170-180 C for about 3.5 minutes, until golden and hot through. Do not thaw before frying. They can also be finished in a hot oven until golden when a fryer is not available, making them flexible for buffet and event service.
Professional Uses
- Aperitifs, happy hour and apericena platters.
- Buffets, events and finger food catering.
- Starters and mixed fry boards in restaurants and rosticceria.
- Bar and street food service needing fast, consistent fried bites.
Storage and Cold Chain
Keep the product frozen at -18 C throughout storage, transport and display. Once thawed it must not be refrozen. The unbroken cold chain protects food safety and keeps the coating crisp after frying.
Allergens
Contains gluten (wheat/durum wheat), milk and dairy, eggs, celery and sulphites. May contain soy, mustard, nuts and lupin. Always check the pack label of the specific lot before serving.
