San Giorgio S.p.A. was founded in 1980 by Sabato Bruno as a small artisan pastry workshop in Castel San Giorgio (Salerno), Campania. Now run by the second generation (Antonino, Ivan and Alessandro Bruno), the company has grown into a producer of frozen sweet and savoury baked goods for the food service channel, with around 150 employees and 15 production lines.
