This is a ready-to-cook seafood and rice mix for paella and similar dishes: parboiled long-grain rice, mussels, squid, langoustine tails, shrimp, grilled peppers, peas and grilled red onion, all Individually Quick Frozen (IQF) so the pieces stay separate and are easy to portion.
