How to Cook
Cook the bauletti straight from frozen in plenty of salted boiling water for about five minutes, then drain gently and finish in the pan with the sauce. Do not thaw before cooking. A shellfish bisque, a light crustacean sauce or a simple butter and herb finish lets the lobster filling stand out.
