Rummo Gluten-Free Potato Gnocchi at a glance
Rummo Gluten-Free Potato Gnocchi are soft, pillowy potato dumplings made without gluten, in convenient 500 g packs (carton of 8). Ready in two to three minutes, they bring the comfort of classic gnocchi to gluten-free menus with the same fluffy texture. A practical, inclusive staple for any professional kitchen.
What gnocchi are
Gnocchi are small soft dumplings, a cornerstone of Italian home cooking. Traditionally made from potato and wheat flour, here the wheat is replaced so coeliac and gluten-sensitive guests can enjoy them too - without compromising the tender, melt-in-the-mouth bite.
The producer
Made by Pastificio Rummo, the historic Benevento pasta house founded in 1846. Rummo's gluten-free range is produced to the same exacting standards as its classic pasta, giving consistent results service after service.
Gluten-free, without compromise
Built on potato and naturally gluten-free flours, these gnocchi let kitchens serve coeliac guests confidently. One product covers a growing demand without a separate, lesser recipe.
