Origin and producer
This product is made by Surgital S.p.A. in Lavezzola, in the province of Ravenna, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, the region that gave birth to lasagne alla bolognese. Founded in 1980 as an artisan pasta workshop, Surgital is today one of Italy's leading frozen-pasta producers and launched the Fiordiprimi single-portion range in 1997 for the foodservice channel. Production takes place in a facility of around 60,000 sq m with over 200 employees.
