N-MAT 41 Alkaline Dishwasher Detergent

N-MAT 41 is a phosphate-free alkaline liquid detergent for mechanical dishwashing in hard water, supplied in a 12 kg container. Highly concentrated, it cuts through grease and baked-on food for spotless results in professional warewashers, with low dosing per cycle. A corrosive, caustic product for professional use only.

Phosphate-Free, for Hard Water

The phosphate-free alkaline formula is designed for hard water, removing grease, starch and protein soils while helping to limit limescale build-up in the machine.

Dosing

Dose at 1-3 g per litre of water depending on water hardness, soil load, temperature and wash time. Can be dosed manually, with preset automatic dosing equipment at the start of each cycle, or with conductivity-controlled auto-dosing systems.
