What it is

Round blue iron pizza pan, Ø 28 cm — made by Gi.Metal, the Italian manufacturer from Montale (Pistoia), a world leader in pizzeria equipment since 1986.

Material

Blued sheet iron ("lamiera bluita") for even heat distribution and a crisp, golden crust. Not non-stick: season with oil and heat in the oven before first use — performance improves with use.

Professional use

Ideal for pizza baking in professional and home ovens.

Care

Do not wash in a dishwasher. Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent rust.
