What it is

Crostata di Albicocca (apricot tart), pre-sliced (14 portions), frozen, 940 g — made by San Giorgio SpA, Castel San Giorgio (Salerno). Shortcrust pastry with apricot filling, decorated with pastry lattice strips.

Ingredients

Apricot filling 43% (glucose-fructose syrup, EU apricot 40%, sugar, stabiliser E440, acidity regulator E330, flavourings, preservative E202), wheat flour, margarine (vegetable fats: palm-coconut and sunflower oil, water, emulsifier E471, salt, acidity regulator E330, flavourings), sugar, egg yolk, water, dextrose, sunflower oil, skimmed milk powder, powdered egg white, salt, raising agents E450-E500, natural lemon extract.

Allergens

Contains gluten (wheat), eggs, milk. May contain traces of soy, tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios), mustard, lupins.

Storage & logistics
