What it is

Torta di Mele (Italian apple cake), pre-sliced (14 portions), frozen — made by Effepi Srl, San Damiano d'Asti (Asti). Sweet apples (35%) wrapped in shortcrust pastry with a layer of custard cream.

Ingredients

Apples (35%), shortcrust pastry (wheat flour, margarine, sugar, eggs, glucose-fructose syrup), custard cream (whole milk, sugar, corn starch, egg yolk), sugar, butter.

Allergens

Contains gluten (wheat), eggs, milk (incl. butter). May contain traces of soy, tree nuts, mustard, lupins, sulphur dioxide.

Professional use

Ready-to-serve, pre-sliced format for restaurants, hotels, pastry shops and catering. Pairs well with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.

Storage & logistics
