Produced by Schweizer Zucker AG, Switzerland's only sugar refiner, with plants in Aarberg (Canton Bern, since 1899, rebuilt in 1912 after a fire) and Frauenfeld (Canton Thurgau, since 1963), merged in 1997, current name since 2014. Distributed by ALIGRO Demaurex & Cie SA, Swiss family company founded in 1923 in Morges.

The fine crystalline consistency dissolves quickly, ensuring homogeneity in every preparation: baked goods, creams, beverages and doughs.
