Discover the Tortelli Bufala, Pomodoro e Basilico distributed by Polo SpA, frozen egg pasta filled with authentic Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP (21%), tomato (20%) and basil (2%) — a classic Neapolitan-inspired filled pasta.

The filling combines ricotta, DOP buffalo mozzarella, tomato, bread, basil, extra virgin olive oil and pepper, wrapped in a pasta shell made from durum wheat semolina and free-range eggs (18.5%). Supplied frozen in 3 kg cartons, ready to cook directly from frozen — no thawing needed.

Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling salted water, adding the pasta while still frozen; use at least 1 litre of water or broth per 100 g of pasta. Ideal for restaurants and pizzerias looking for an authentic filled pasta with DOP-certified buffalo mozzarella.

Store frozen at -18°C. Delivered by LAPA through its cold-chain distribution network.
