What Is White Truffle Flavoured Oil?
White Truffle Flavoured Oil is a finishing condiment made of extra virgin olive oil carrying a white truffle aroma, supplied in a 1 litre bottle, in a case of six. It delivers the unmistakable earthy scent of truffle in seconds. Note that this is a flavoured oil: it carries truffle aroma and does not contain pieces of fresh truffle.

How to Use It
Use the oil raw, off the heat, drizzled at the very end of cooking. A few grams over risotto, fresh pasta, carpaccio, poached eggs, fondue, puree or polenta is enough. Do not heat the oil: the aroma is volatile and disperses with heat, so it is always a finishing oil, not a cooking oil.
