MIO Pistacchiella is a professional pistachio spread with 15% pistachio, in a 3 kg bucket. Smooth and intensely flavoured, it is built for gelaterie and pastry labs: variegate gelato, fill croissants and tarts, flavour creams, or use as a topping. For industrial and artisan use only (not for direct consumption). Contains pistachio and milk.

Storage and Allergens
Keep in a cool, dry place (15-18 C). Stir with a dry spatula before each use. Contains PISTACHIO and MILK; may contain traces of other nuts and hazelnuts.
