These San Giorgio mini croissants are straight, unfilled mignon pieces, supplied raw, pre-proofed and frozen at 25 g, 120 per case (3 kg). A semi-finished bakery product: just finish proofing and bake for golden, flaky bite-size croissants. Serve plain or fill after baking. Made without hydrogenated fats. Professional use only.
