San Giorgio's 5-grain croissant with red berries is a pre-proofed raw frozen pastry (ready-to-bake): straight from the freezer to the oven, no thawing. Each 80 g piece combines a multigrain dough with a red-berry filling, baked fresh on site for a fragrant, just-made croissant. Made without hydrogenated fats. Supplied 60 per case (4.8 kg) for professional use.

Why Ready-to-Bake
Pre-proofed raw frozen means the dough has already risen before freezing, so you bake straight from frozen and serve a fresh croissant in about 20 minutes, with full control over quantities and zero waste.
How to Bake
Place frozen pieces well spaced on a tray (no need to thaw) and bake in a preheated fan oven at 170-180 C for 18-25 minutes until golden. Do not open the oven during baking. Serve warm.

Bar and hotel breakfasts, brunch and coffee-break service; a wholegrain, fruit-filled alternative to the classic plain croissant. Pairs with cappuccino, coffee and fresh juice.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18 C. Do not refreeze once thawed; consume within 24 hours of thawing.
