The BuRe mini butter croissants by San Giorgio are small, unfilled croissants made with 24% butter, supplied raw, pre-proofed and frozen at 40 g, 100 per case (4 kg). Bake from the proofed state for rich, buttery, flaky bite-size croissants - perfect for breakfast buffets and finger-food, served plain or filled after baking. Made without hydrogenated fats.

How to Bake
Proof the pieces, then bake in a preheated oven until golden and well risen. Do not open the oven during baking; serve warm.

Storage
