Thawing and preparation

Avoid thawing at room temperature and never refreeze a product that has already been thawed. After thawing, clean the squid by removing skin, quill, innards and eyes, separating the tentacles from the mantle and rinsing under cold running water. Cleaning in the kitchen allows control over yield and cut quality.
Storage
Store at -18 °C for the entire period indicated on the label. Thanks to the IWP packaging, you can take only the quantity needed, leaving the rest intact in the frozen carton, optimising waste and costs. Once thawed, consume within 24 hours keeping the product refrigerated.
