The Indo-Pacific squid (Uroteuthis duvauceli) is a cephalopod mollusc highly valued for the quality of its meat. This variant is presented whole, already gutted and cleaned, ready to be used in numerous preparations without wasting time in the kitchen.
Origin and processing
Caught in the waters of the Indian Ocean (FAO area 51), the product undergoes individual quick freezing (IQF). This method preserves the original organoleptic characteristics and allows thawing only the quantity strictly necessary for the service.

The meat of the Indo-Pacific squid is tender and delicately flavored, perfect for absorbing the aromas of marinades and seasonings. The U/5 size ensures substantial pieces, ideal for enhancing main courses.
Use in professional kitchens
