What is Emmi UHT whole milk

UHT (Ultra High Temperature) milk is heated to 135-150 °C for a few seconds and aseptically packed in sterile bricks. The process eliminates spoilage micro-organisms while preserving taste and nutritional values, so the milk keeps at room temperature for months without preservatives.

Storage and shelf life

Store at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources, until the date indicated on the brick. After opening, refrigerate at maximum +6 °C and consume within 3 days.
