Product Specifications

  • Description: Frozen breaded mozzarella bites 15/18 g - savoury snack, raw and frozen, to be fried
  • Ingredients: Mozzarella 44% (cow MILK, salt, rennet, LACTIC ferments), breadcrumbs (soft WHEAT flour type 0, brewer yeast, salt, paprika), water, WHEAT flour, disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, WHEAT starch, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate, salt
  • Allergens: MILK, GLUTEN (soft wheat, wheat)
  • May contain: Nuts, soy, celery, sulphites, eggs, lupins and mustard
  • Format: 1 kg bag - 3 kg carton (3 x 1000 g) - piece size 15/18 g
  • Cooking instructions: Defrost the product at room temperature and fry in plenty of hot oil at 180°C until the breading is golden. The oil must reach the indicated temperature before frying. Wait a few minutes before serving
  • Storage: Store at a temperature not higher than -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing. Once thawed, use within 24 hours
