What a Non-Woven Cloth Is
A non-woven cloth (vlies) is a textile whose fibres are mechanically and thermally bonded rather than woven. The blend of viscose and polypropylene gives it the two qualities a professional kitchen needs: viscose, a cellulose fibre, provides high absorbency and quick liquid pick-up, while polypropylene adds mechanical strength, tear resistance and a long service life through repeated wash cycles. The result is a soft, lint-low cloth that does not fall apart when wet.

Hang cloths to dry or send them to the wash promptly after each shift.
Storage
Store the packs in a dry place at room temperature, away from direct heat and humidity. The cloths have no expiry date as long as the packaging stays sealed and dry. Once a pack is opened, keep the unused cloths protected from dust.
