Alustar Aluminium Brioche Moulds 8 cm
Disposable aluminium baking moulds by Alustar, 8 cm in diameter and 110 ml in capacity, supplied in a pack of 30 pieces. Heat-resistant from -40 °C to +600 °C, they go straight from the freezer to the oven and are the professional standard for individual brioches, cheese tartlets, muffins, soufflés and tartlets.
What They Are
These are single-portion aluminium baking forms with a stable, form-holding rim.
