In Baranello, a small village in the heart of Molise (C.da Crocella, 2 — 86011 Baranello, CB), Caseificio Tamburro has been practising artisan cheesemaking for three generations. What began as a small family workshop is today a recognised producer exporting throughout Europe, with deliveries reaching Switzerland every week.

The signature product: available in multiple formats (bocconcini, vacuum-packed filone 1 Kg, cubes, julienne Naples cut). Trays from 1 to 3 Kg, including 100% Italian milk options. Burrata und Stracciatella
Creamy burrata with a stracciatella heart (2x125g and burratina 3x50g). Stracciatella available in 250g and 1 Kg trays. Open it tableside: the melting core speaks for itself.
