Torchio Antico is a 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, the top category of olive oil, obtained solely by mechanical means with cold extraction. It comes in a 500 ml bottle, in a case of 12. The oil is green in colour with a fruity aroma, ready to finish a dish with a clean Italian olive flavour.

Primiceri, Puglia Producer

The oil is produced by Primiceri Olio dello Jonio in Casarano, in the province of Lecce, in Puglia, one of Italy's main olive oil regions. The 100% Italian sourcing and the cold extraction protect the aroma and the polyphenols, giving the oil its character and a reliable quality batch after batch.

How to Use It

Extra virgin olive oil of this category is at its best used raw, as a finishing oil.
