Friarielli Cream - Naples' Broccoli Rabe, Ready to Use
Ristoris friarielli cream is a savoury preparation with 90% friarielli, the Neapolitan broccoli rabe (cima di rapa), in a practical 800 g easy-open tin (case of 6). Slightly bitter and deeply savoury, it carries the authentic taste of Campania into pizza, pasta, panini and sides with no prep.
The Producer
Made by Ristoris (Broni, Pavia, Lombardy), an Italian food-service specialist in vegetable preparations.
What Are Friarielli
Friarielli are the tender shoots and leaves of a Neapolitan brassica, the heart of the classic salsiccia e friarielli and of Naples-style pizza. Here they are cooked and blended with garlic into a ready cream.
Professional Uses
Spread on pizza (especially with sausage or provola); toss through pasta and orecchiette; fill panini and savoury tarts; or warm as a side with grilled meats. About 60-80 g per portion.
Storage
Keep the unopened tin in a cool, dry place. After opening, transfer to a suitable container, refrigerate and use within a few days.
Distribution and Logistics
LAPA delivers across Switzerland (Zurich, Bern, Basel, Lucerne, Lugano, Geneva and Lausanne) from our Embrach warehouse, with partner carriers La Posta, Planzer, Galliker and Camion Transport. An ambient, long-life product ideal for stock-up orders.
