Luscioux pistachio filling cream is a premium ready-to-use cream with 20% pistachio, in a 5 kg bucket (case of 2 x 5 kg). Smooth and intensely flavoured, it fills croissants, brioche, tarts and cakes and finishes desserts with the rich taste of pistachio - no prep, consistent results. Contains milk.

Characteristics

A glossy, spreadable cream with 20% pistachio, built on sugar and vegetable oils with milk for a creamy mouthfeel. Ready to pipe and bake-friendly for fillings.

Professional Uses

Fill croissants, brioche, maritozzi and bigne (15-25 g each); layer cakes and tarts; swirl into gelato and semifreddo; or use as a topping for cremini and spoon desserts. 12-month shelf life.

Storage and Allergens

Keep in a cool, dry place; reseal after use. Contains MILK and derivatives (incl. lactose); may contain soy and tree nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews).
