What is lactose-free milk?
It is real cow's milk in which the lactose (milk sugar) has been split into glucose and galactose by adding the enzyme lactase, making it digestible for lactose-intolerant people. The flavour is full and naturally a touch sweeter; UHT treatment keeps it shelf-stable until opened.
How to use it in the kitchen
Use it exactly like ordinary milk: in coffee and cappuccino (it foams well), béchamel and sauces, custards and desserts, doughs and batters, soups and purées. One product covers lactose-intolerant guests without a separate range.
Storage and logistics
