Composition and fish origin
Variable-proportion mix of FISH: whiting (Merlangus merlangus), European hake (Merluccius merluccius), red mullet (Mullus barbatus), goldband goatfish (Upeneus moluccensis), Mediterranean scaldfish (Arnoglossus laterna) and poor cod (Trisopterus minutus). Eviscerated. Caught in the Mediterranean Sea (FAO zones 37.2.1 and 37.3.2) using trawl nets, gillnets and similar nets, otter trawls.
Allergens: FISH. May contain traces of crustaceans and molluscs.
