What Is the Smooth Gold/Black Cake Board?
The Smooth Gold/Black Cake Board O22 cm is a single-use presentation base for small cakes and individual desserts, made of food-grade laminated paperboard. It has a 22 cm diameter, a smooth (non-fluted) edge and two usable faces, one gold and one black. It is food-contact safe and supplied in professional cases of 10 kg, ideal for portioned pastry work.
Material and Finish
The board is made of coupled food-grade paperboard with a coated surface that resists grease and moisture. The rigid structure supports small cakes and single-portion desserts without bending, while the smooth surface keeps the base clean and presentable under creams, glazes and ganache.
