What it is
Cling film is the thin, self-clinging plastic sheet used to seal containers, wrap trays and protect food during storage and mise en place. This Musati line is produced in PVC with high transparency and excellent cling, so it adheres to the rim of GN containers, bowls and plates without slipping. Each box holds 8 rolls, sized for the consumption of a busy kitchen.
The Slide Cutter dispenser
Each roll sits in a cardboard box fitted with a Slide Cutter: a sliding blade housed inside the carton that cuts the film cleanly with one hand, leaving no exposed cutting edge. It removes the ragged tears and double layers typical of toothed-strip boxes, speeds up service and reduces film waste, roll after roll.
Material and food safety
The film is made of PVC suitable for direct food contact, compliant with Regulation EC 1935/2004 and Italian Decree 76 of 18.04.2007, for foods of Type I, II, III and IV. It is free from plasticisers and phthalates. Keep out of the reach of children.

How to use it
Pull the film from the box and slide the cutter across to cut to length. Store the rolls between 14 and 23 °C. Do not use at temperatures above 40 °C and do not place in contact with fatty foods above 40 °C: this PVC film is designed for cold and ambient wrapping, not for oven or high-heat use. For reheating, transfer food to a microwave- or oven-safe cover.
