What it is
Rectangular blue iron baking pan, straight edge, 40x60 cm, 2 cm rim — made by Gi.Metal, the Italian manufacturer from Montale (Pistoia), a world leader in pizzeria and bakery equipment since 1986.
Material
Blued sheet iron ("lamiera bluita") — a traditional surface oxidation treatment that improves heat retention and baking performance with use over time. Not non-stick: season with oil before first use.
Professional use
Ideal for pizza al taglio, focaccia, lasagne and oven-baked dishes requiring even heat distribution across a large surface.
Care
Do not wash in a dishwasher. Dry thoroughly after washing to prevent rust.
